日本海産の新鮮な刺身用のスルメイカを使用。胴体・耳部分のみをソーメンカットし、自社特性の醤油ダレに漬け込みました。塩辛や沖漬とは違い、塩分控えめでマイルドに仕上げているので子供や女性にも大変好評です。調理は簡単！解凍してそのままでも、ネギ、のり、わさび、卵黄等をのせて丼にして召し上がっていただいてもおいしいです!!

Our new arrival Soy Sauce Marinated Squid is made with fresh, sashimi-grade squid (surume ika) from the Sea of Japan.

Only the body and fin portions are cut into thin somen-style strips and marinated in our own specially blended soy sauce dressing. Unlike shiokara (salted squid guts) or okizuke, it's finished mild and low in salt, making it very popular with children and women as well.

Preparation is easy! Just thaw it and eat it as is, or serve it over rice with toppings like green onion, nori, wasabi, or egg yolk for a delicious rice bowl.
